How refunds and credit notes are synced to FreeAgent

Refunds

When a refund is issued, the clearing account transaction will be explained as a Sales Refund.

Credit Notes

When a credit note is issued in Stripe, ClearingHouse will create a matching credit note in FreeAgent with the same line items and reference number.

If the credit note includes a refund, the clearing account transaction will be explained as a Credit Note Refund.
